On Romans 10:1-4

Paul Answers the questions in chapters 9[-11]: why there are some Jews who are perishing because of faithlessness? Is God faithful and trustworthy as Paul says in chapter 8? Paul ultimately answers by saying that God is still faithful and trustworthy even though there are some who disbelieve in God's righteousness and the reason why some Jews are perishing is so to fulfill God's purpose of Election in calling both Jews and Gentiles.
