The Supralapsarian "Will speak of predestination unto the grace of God in Jesus Christ, but not of a predestination unto sin." - Louis Berkhof

This means that the reprobate fell by their own will. That Sin was the work of Man and not of God, but God ordained that Man would fall.

If one reads of all the verses reguarding reprobation; one will see God is active and not passive

Yeah, I agree there are several verses in Scripture that teaches this very active hardening which God does for His purposes - God sends the reprobate a strong delusion/deception that they would believe the lie. 1 Samuel speaks of the will of God to kill the sons.

Yes, it is always active. 1 Kings 22 where God sent forth the lying spirit for the very purpose and guarantee that it would cause King Ahab to fall with certainty is active and not passive reprobation. The temptation of a lying spirit was chosen precisely because God wanted King Ahab to all and guaranteed that this particular temptation would not allow a route of escape for King Ahab.
